The purpose of the organization is to encourage participation of club members in events and social activities that promote COCOA, its sponsor(s), if applicable, and the Corvette hobby.

The function of this organization is to foster fellowship of its members and to facilitate the exchange of information in matters of interest to the membership and the Corvette community.

COCOA quarterly meetings are held in January, April, July, and October.
